Overview

The “Jiuding” brand AT1401 from Sunton Technology is a white low-temperature pattern wax that contains neutral non-filler. Traditional low-temperature wax is generally used in conjunction with the water glass shell-making process. Because the low-temperature wax paste contains water vapor, its shrinkage is relatively small. The size stability of medium-temperature wax is better than that of low-temperature wax, and the wax processing of medium-temperature wax is different. Medium-temperature wax is dehydrated and purified, while low-temperature wax is reacted to remove saponified substances.
AT1401 combines the advantages of medium-temperature wax, making it suitable for use in the silica sol process, while also inheriting the characteristics of the water glass process with relatively small shrinkage.
