Overview

Suoteng Technology's "Jiuding" brand adhesive wax AT2636 is a specialized wax used to bond composite wax molds. The usage method is simple. Simply heat the adhesive wax to the desired temperature and dip it into the inner gate of the wax mold to directly bond it onto the wax film that needs to be combined. You can also adjust it to the desired temperature according to the customer's different needs during use.
Advantages of using adhesive wax:
1. Jiuding adhesive wax, with its unique formula, has extremely strong bonding force and high bonding efficiency. The use of adhesive wax has a higher bonding efficiency than traditional wax molds using paraffin wax,
2. Due to professionalism, there are no gaps in the bonding area, which is beneficial for improving the qualification rate of castings and avoiding the coating that fills in the gaps generated by traditional methods from falling off after dewaxing, resulting in inclusion defects in the castings. This can effectively improve the qualification rate,
3. Adhesive wax is a specialized wax developed specifically for its strong adhesion, stronger adhesion, and no peeling during coating,
4. Due to its convenient adhesion and good fluidity, it has strong applicability for any combination of workpieces.
Adhesive wax has good compatibility, and when used in combination with model wax, it will not change the performance of the model wax. At the same time, adhesive wax will not have any adverse effects on the next shell making process. The adhesive wax will come out during dewaxing and be burned clean during roasting. The ash content of the adhesive wax is very low and does not exceed 0.005%. The adhesive wax is provided to customers in blocks for easy access and melting.

Precautions for use:
1. The adhesive wax must be used in a melted state,
2. The wax temperature must be maintained between 70 and 80 degrees,
3. The amount of adhesive wax used can be adjusted and the bonding speed can be increased by adjusting the liquid level.

Note: The temperature shown in the picture is in Fahrenheit degrees, which is converted to a temperature of 90 degrees.
